Behavioral Assessment

A behavioral assessment is the first step in understanding an individual’s unique strengths, challenges, and support needs. During this process, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) gathers information through observation, caregiver interviews, and data collection to identify the reasons behind behaviors and pinpoint areas for growth. The results of the assessment guide the development of an individualized treatment plan that focuses on building meaningful skills and reducing barriers to learning and independence.

We provide expert guidance on behavior reduction strategies as well as evidence-based methods to increase communication, social, daily living, and academic skills. Whether working directly with caregivers, educators, or program staff, we collaborate to create practical, individualized strategies that empower individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental differences to thrive across settings.
