Bridget Randels, BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the founder of our company, which I started in 2017 after years of experience in both hospital, community and in-home settings. My career has afforded me the the privilege of learning from some of the field’s leading professionals and I have carried those lessons into the way I practice today. I first found my calling and vocation working with adults in a community clinic during my undergraduate years at the University of Florida, followed by time at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD, and later as an in-home BCBA in Colorado, where my commitment to the field was strengthened and solidified.

I opened this company with the goal of providing high-quality ABA services focused on individualized care rather than a volume-based model. I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds and am passionate about helping individuals and families thrive. Just as importantly, I strive to create a supportive and balanced environment for the dedicated professionals I work alongside. When I’m not with clients or colleagues, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog—whether hiking, traveling, or being near the ocean.

Bridget Randels, BCBA

From early days at the Kennedy Krieger Institute to in-home visits across Colorado, I’ve been shaped by each client, colleague, and caregiver I’ve met. I started Novus Behavior in 2017 to carry those lessons forward; offering care that’s deeply personal, clinically grounded, and centered on helping people and families thrive.
